ALKEME, ranked among the top 40 insurance brokerages nationwide, has welcomed Troy Chakarun as its new Chief Growth Officer (CGO). With over twenty years of formidable experience in the financial services industry, Chakarun will look to propel ALKEME through a strategic evolution focused on organic growth and refined acquisition strategies.

Before joining ALKEME, Chakarun served as managing director and head of private wealth & alternative distribution at Voya Investment Management. There, he contributed to the expansion of multiple distribution channels, showcasing his ability to enhance business growth through strategic partnerships and product development.

In his new role, Chakarun aims to integrate his comprehensive understanding of market dynamics with ALKEME’s growth objectives. His primary focus will be on fostering organic expansion, optimizing acquisition processes, and modernizing operational frameworks. His strategies are designed to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the firm, supporting each department in its individual and collective goals.
